Sout\u011b\u017eilo se ve dvou kategori\u00edch \u2013 kategorie open a kategorie \u017een. Turnaj se hr\u00e1l \u0161v\u00fdcarsk\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem na 15 kol. V kategorii open zv\u00edt\u011bzil Viktor L\u00e1zni\u010dka, v kategorii \u017een Joanna Worek. Akci tradi\u010dn\u011b podpo\u0159il EUROPEAN INSTITUTE, kter\u00fd byl hlavn\u00edm sponzorem turnaje \u017een. P\u0159i slavnostn\u00edm vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f p\u0159edali hodnotn\u00e9 ceny v\u010detn\u011b b\u00e1snick\u00e9 sb\u00edrky \u0160acho-tvorn\u00ed vran\u00edci PR Managerka EUROPEAN INSTITUTE MgA. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed seniorkou turnaje byla R\u016f\u017eena P\u0159ibylov\u00e1 a nejlep\u0161\u00ed juniorkou jej\u00ed vnu\u010dka WCM Sofie P\u0159ibylov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 dok\u00e1zala porazit jak 4. Richtrovou, tak leto\u0161n\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastnici Olympi\u00e1dy WIM Petrovou.<\/p>\n<p>Do s\u00edn\u011b sl\u00e1vy \u0160S \u010cR byl uveden \u010desko-americk\u00fd velmistr Lubom\u00edr Kav\u00e1lek. U\u017e v roce 1962 jako 19let\u00fd vyhr\u00e1l mistrovstv\u00ed \u010ceskoslovenska a triumf zopakoval i v roce 1968. Kr\u00e1tce pot\u00e9 emigroval, kdy\u017e se po sov\u011btsk\u00e9 okupaci nevr\u00e1til z turnaje v Polsku. Nakonec se usadil v USA. V 70. a 80. letech pat\u0159il Kav\u00e1lek do \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e9 \u0161pi\u010dky.
